I use a light coating of insecticidal dust like Sevin in all my metal Bear Boxes and even the plastic camera housings.

The Product I use has a pull out plastic tube applicator. Shake the dust cannister to lossen the dust and then squeeze. A very light coating is all you need.

I experienced ant problems from day 1 and this has stopped it.
