We have crock pot cooked venison until it has the consistency of pulled pork. And then I like french bread, mozzarella cheese, then a layer of cooked onions from the crock pot, then the meat, then some barbecue sauce, and finally some shredded lettuce on the top.

But that sandwich of yours looks real good. Is that made with hot sauce?
