We never end up with odd bits of venison or other meat we butcher.
There is a detailed plan, like a building blue print we go by.
Sweet bread medillons, Butterflied back straps, other steaks, roast, stew meat chunks for soup & chilli and then buger, plain unaltered venison buger for any thing we want to use buger for.

Your sandwich needs more pickle less of that lettece stuff.
