I shoot the 300gr DCs out of my Omega with exceptional accuracy, so I'm good there. My buddy is just getting into muzzleloading and I want to start him on DeepCurls since they perform so well on game and are reasonably accurate. The thing is that he is pretty recoil sensitive, so it's probably best to steer him away from the 300gr bullet. Has anyone had success with accuracy using a 40 cal DC in a 40/50 sabot? Any suggestions on where to start would be appreciated.
