I have a couple of comments. First I am not sure that it meets the requirement for cap exposed to the weather. Also does it use a #11 cap? Lastly it doesn't have open sights. This gun would not be legal in Idaho as it is unless a guy used it in the regular rifle hunt or a short range hunt. The gun looks great. I am looking for a 50 that is an inline for a loaner rifle. I don't think this one will work in a ML hunt in Idaho. Ron
