Default RE: High country archery

I own a High Country Split One X1 that I bought in 1999. A great bow for me. But this past summer I discovered I had a cracked limb, well I contacted High Country and they had me send the bow to them and within 5 days of them recieving it I had it back in my hands. Amazing service, since I had heard in recent years the company had gone downhill. Ifact so much that the shop I bought my bow from stopped carrying High Country. But this past year Spencer Ladd the owner of High Country recognized there was a problem and rededicated himself to his company after going off and persuing other business ventures in recent years. So as you can see it seems things were bad but have now been fixed. I was very pleased with every aspect of my dealings with High Country. If you do a search for High country posts on this board you will find one from me on the excellent service I recieved.
