I have never experienced cycling issues with either my 25 WSSM (Browning A Bolt) or my 270 WSM (Tikka T-3)...I have heard some people have had issues with the WSSM's (23, 24, 25) but I haven't experienced the problems they report. Browning's have reputation for having smooth cycling actions.
