Pic 1 shows the fan after it was cut from the body
pic 2 shows cutting the feathers from the front of the fan. Make sure you keep them intact. Put a little borax on base. It will dry very quick. You will put the feathers back on front of the fan when you get ready to hang it.
Pic 3 shows the fan ready to cut the meat and bone off.
Pic 4 With a good pair of scissors, cut most of the meat and bone off.
