Front sight i can get either .315" - .380" or .420" Height

For the front sight, which height should I get? Im going to be putting these on my Tennesse mountain rifle half stock " The REAL Bullets shooter".

Using my dads cabelas hawken that is sighted in with the reals to be dead on, His front sight measures .450" high and the rear sight is hanging over a good deal in order to get it sighted dead on at 100 yards.

Im thinkingthe .380" front sight might just be about rifle and leave me plenty of room to adjust upward.
