I too recommend wool or wool/poly blend. Depending upon the temp, you may want to consider a loose fitting wool bib over all and good quality wool jacket shirt that you can layer under. Filson makes superb wool gear. Pricey but taken care of will last many, many years. Soft cotton is very quiet, and I use it often in warm south USA hunting, but in the BC latitudes that can turn wet, and very cold even in June, I would not recommend it. Another option would be a good quality poly fleece. The soft, super quiet high nap fleece will pick up every sort of burr seed that the woods has to offer. A low nap poly fleece will work great. You might even consider a medium weight, water proof, poly over suit and layer under it. Welcome to this forum and hope you have a great hunt.
