Sometimes arrows will be cocked one way or the other from the type of target and what its made of. Since yours are all sticking the same way, I would definitely recommend tuning the bow. A good archery tech will get it close when doing accessory adjustments but still need to tune to make sure arrows are spined properly for the setup. On a new bow you need to shoot it 100 times or so to make sure the string gets set in and any creep will be out of it. Then do the paper tune on it to finalize the settings.
