Thanks everyone. I just found out that there is 15-20 acres within the 330 that belongs to someone else. Current owner says doesn't know who owns it and there has not been anyone inquire about it since they, or the previous owner, has had the land. So, will be contacting the county tax assessor this week to track that down. Oh well, more homework to do...
