well today the odnr came out with it"s 2012-2013 proposals.everything seems to be the same except for 1 & seems to be a good one they are elimitnating the 15 dollar anterless permit for gun season in zone c. which would permit only 3 does instead of 6 does during gun week. i believe this will stop over kill in zone c & start to bring back deer sightings in zone c. they are destroying the deer herd here in ohio. i see more deer in the city in 1 day then i do all week during gun season.
