I am not sure anything has been decided yet @ Knight anyway. They have in the past been pretty conservative so jumping to the 1-20 might be somewhat risky. At this point I hope they do but that certainly is not going to turn the world upside down.
Heck a lot of us wanted Knight to offer the 50 in 1-24 also - and you can see that did not happen...
Only time will tell.
Just like the.52, who wants to be locked into almost having to buy your bullets from one source? Sounds like a way to charge whatever you want for the bullets, once you convince someone to buy the rifle. I will pass....
Why do you have to buy bullets from
one source? Anyone that makes 458 or 475 bullets can provide bullets. And as long as the 45-70's hang around there will be companies makeing .458's.
One of the better bullets that I shoot a lot of from my 52 is made by Sierra. Barnes makes some really decent .458's. Speer makes a couple of good ones also. In fact I think most bullet companies even bullet companies you do not normally here of produces .458 bullets.
