Damn this is turning into another Casey Anthony case. Everybody can speculate all they want but it will all boil down to the states investigation. And nomercy448 comment went right over your head blackhawk. The point he was making is was any of the people on this forum there when it happened? No so if you weren't there and you aren't leading the investigation then don't prosecute him. You can not just think on emotion and all of the people screaming take his guns away are thinking on pure emotion. Just like everybody wanted to hang the Anthony woman, and then she was shown not guilty, same here. We do not have vigilantes anymore for a reason.
This story is a tragedy and you like nomercy448 was pointing out you do not want to turn it into an even bigger tragedy. Just my 2 cents.
