I have had a few problems as well(with Knight). But instead of crying like a baby I took the time and contacted the correct people.
You not read how many times i called and got the run around why should the customer have to take the time to find out who the correct people are? Your right though I'll chalk this up as a 600.00 headache and go down the road I am sure you would do the same thing as well wouldnt you?
