Quite simply if there is no one hunting on Sunday then there is likely no chance that would happen.... I think you would have to agree with that. Yes the hunter whom pulled the trigger was the problem, I am a firm believer in the saying guns do not harm people, its the people behind guns. We also know that there are a ton of guys and kids out there that shoot then look "Also there are a lot of great skilled and smart hunters out there more so" sadly peoples mistakes end up being what runs our society? Plain and simple there is truth that if he had been out on Sunday instead of Saturday that bonehead whom did not know there bearings would have not been hunting.

Why should a person have to drive to a state park? If they are on land they have permission then whats wrong with that, bullets travel, buckshot travels, I am merely looking at both sides of the issue.

Honestly I don't know how the other states handle this issue. You could in inform though, i love to learn, as I stated i am on the fence with the issue.

Your friend getting shot on Saturday has zero bearing concerning hunting on Sunday. Something such as this has the possibility to happen any day of the week.

Not trying to be smart here but should hunting on Saturday be illegal because your friend was shot on a Saturday? Using your logic, if there was no hunting on Saturday, then your friend would not have been shot.

If someone does not want me hunting on their land on Sunday(assuming it were legal), then they stipulate that if they give me permission.

If I pay the taxes on my family farm, then why should I not be able to hunt on Sunday? I can fish on Sunday, so why can't I hunt?

Other states that allow hunting on Sunday do not have to handle issues because, there really are no issues to handle. I have talked to plenty of hunters from other states and they can't believe we can't hunt on Sunday.
