As i stated I am on the fence, i see both sides of the issue which I think is the smart way to go about looking at things. While you say my friend being shot at has no bearing on Sunday hunting I would say your are wrong. Quite simply if there is no one hunting on Sunday then there is likely no chance that would happen.... I think you would have to agree with that. Yes the hunter whom pulled the trigger was the problem, I am a firm believer in the saying guns do not harm people, its the people behind guns. We also know that there are a ton of guys and kids out there that shoot then look "Also there are a lot of great skilled and smart hunters out there more so" sadly peoples mistakes end up being what runs our society? Plain and simple there is truth that if he had been out on Sunday instead of Saturday that bonehead whom did not know there bearings would have not been hunting.
Why should a person have to drive to a state park? If they are on land they have permission then whats wrong with that, bullets travel, buckshot travels, I am merely looking at both sides of the issue.
Honestly I don't know how the other states handle this issue. You could in inform though, i love to learn, as I stated i am on the fence with the issue.
