Good and Bad PLEASE!

I have read enough on THIS Fourm I trust most all your guys opinions when it comes to ML.

I am looking for a good conical shooter and I like the 1/48" twist and these have cought my eye.

Or do you guys think a TC System One with a 1/38" twist would do better?
