My price limit is $120/$130. I found the eTrex Venture HC for $130 with free shipping. According to Garman's web site, you can load maps into the eTrex Venture HC. I don't need the weather channel, I know the weather before I go and I have cell phone service in most of the places where I hunt and ride.
