Thanks guys for your help.........tooks Cayugad advice an tried some brake cleaner, it helped some but not quite to my satisfaction.looked all through my garage as well as in the house an came upon some glass cooktop cleaner (suppose to remove burnt spots on the glass cooktop an is even good to clean glass)...that stuff worked great...removed the plastic an polished the bore to a mirror finish...............i figured if it was ok to use on glass it should be fine for my mz..atleast now i will be able to sleep tonight....
