That's what I'm thinking. I think he's just shooting over the target. I'd get a bigger target, or put a large piece of cardboard or paper behind that target. My bet is that it's still grouping decently and that it's just way high and you will need to adjust it down.
Maybe I missed it, but what caliber is this?
I had this problem in a 30-06 I had. For some reason it would shoot way higher at 100 yards than 25 and 50 yards. Then, at the same time I've shot other guns that grouped in nearly the same spot at 50 and 100 yards.
