I would love to hunt out of a ground blind for deer but I am pretty certain that you should have it out at least a week or two before hunting for the deer to get used to it. Something I can't do here. Someone would steal it for sure. Heck even putting a lock on a hang on tree stand isn't enough security. They just come back with bolt cutters.
I don't know how these people (I won't even consider calling them hunters) were raised. I mean, did they ever even hear about morals and ethics? It just upsets me that people would do things like that. Stealing someone else's tree stand/blind wouldn't even cross my mind. If I see a stand in a new area, I won't hunt within 100 yds of it.
