I never hunted out of a blind til last year. I figured they would be beneficial in getting the kids closer for a shot. And they are good at that but the blind that I have is not really designed for youth. My kids cannot shoot unless standing up. I think a blind with some lower windows so a kid could shoot sitting sure would be better. If there isn't one like that it would be nice if someone took that into consideration when designing blinds.
