I use squirrels the same way I use chicken to make pot pie. I boil 6 or 7 of them for 20-25 minutes, let them cool enough to handle, pick the meat off the bones, brown in a pan with salt, pepper, and onions, par boil my carrots and potatos, then toss it all in a pie crust with chicken gravy, then bake til its nice and brown. This stuff will make you swear off chicken for pot pies. Bunnies are treated the same way.
