I have played with the accuracy problem for year I used to do bench compitition both with muzzle loaders and with cartridge guns. I tend to check both the weight and diameter before I go out to group shoot I also check the bullets for dings, the least bit off center will cause fliers. For group shooting I sort them to .5 of a grain. I do that for my hunting bullets if I am going where I might have a long shot.
