For those that have hunted with powerbelts.. what would expect if 80 grains of Goex 3f were used? I always remember that picture that FG posted of that doe he shot with a powerbelt.. that wound was very impressive. Yet people claim they splatter on some shots? I am not doubting anyone's claim, but I think the only way I can prove to myself how well they work is to use them. I was thinking of giving the aero tip a try this year. I have heard all the horror stories, so there is really no need to repeat them. But I can not see why that bullet if placed properly would not do the job. It just don't make sense to me any other way. I have no fear of shooting lead projectiles. I used them all my life and they always worked for me.
