I've never heard of a lease quite like that. Most hunters aren't going to pay fees to hunt plus killing fees. Sounds more like an outfitter. It would probably be best just to charge a one season fee, but have a set limit on what may be taken. Afterall, 80 acres isn't a whole lot of land for three hunters. Where are you located? Down here, you can get on a pretty decent lease for $500 to $800 a year. It may be higher where you are, wherever that may be.
