Default Thinking abought leasing my land for hunting ?

I,m thinking abought leasing my land to another hunter or two ?
I will hunt there myself , but because of expenses of planting food plots , upkeep of the land mowing , trimming trails . etc. and TAXES $$$$ .
I own abought 80 acres of prime whitail , turkey , grouse , bocats , etc. land .
I border a non hunting land owner and one other hunting land owner who is a farmer .
I,m thinking abought placing an ad to lease it during this deer hunting season .
Any ideas as far as price ? weekly, or monthly ?
I was thinking of asking $200. for the first 2 weeks and if successful ad $100. for a doe or $200 for a buck ?
next 2 weeks would be $250. for every 2 weeks until the end of the season plus the doe or buck fee .
Of course I have to have some rules as far as limits, correct licences , , taking legaly , and references .
Any ideas , does this sound fair or ?
I have 2 permanent enclosed stands set up and 2 ladder stands set up now .
I,d have no problem with using ground blinds or ladder stands in other locations if needed .
