I would have demanded my money back long ago. any business that comes out with a catalog/ line up of there products, but doesn't have them stocked is shooting themselves in the foot.the damage knight is causing to themselves right now. can't be repaired, regardless of how good there products are.this is a horrible way for any business to try and make a comeback, especially in this highly competitive market. they really need to get there act together ASAP or risk folding in the very near future..
