Did anyone get their new Knights this week?

Someone who ordered a rifle over 6 months ago and has been promised shipment several times should not have to "Call Knight". Knight should be in close contact with these people letting them know what is happening and why. That is called Customer Service.
The new Knight is making bad name for themsleves by their inaction. If this keeps up the new Knight go the way of the old Knight.

I think there are two different things at play here. One is that they have not met their production goals. It sounds as if quality is of utmost importance so I agree they should hold off on shipment until all parts meet specs.
Secondly, and more bothersome, is a problem with communication. Someone who ordered a rifle over 6 months ago and has been promised shipment several times should not have to "Call Knight". Knight should be in close contact with these people letting them know what is happening and why. That is called Customer Service.

Quality is the most important thing with the Mountaineer right now. I have done most of the testing and the breech plug for the mountaineer bare primer needs to be right. All the problems are corrected and being final tested now.
Knight should be contacting the customers or putting something on the web-site telling them about the delay. I dont know if they have or not to tell you the truth. But they should without a doubt and should not need to call.

You know how many Triumphs and Omega's have been sold this year? Does that make them bad muzzleloaders???? I wish i had them all.
Most people sale guns because they need money. They wont tell you that, but i would bet 75% are because of money. Most guns i have sold was because of money.
If the gun shoots good and it works good, why would you sale it? Honestly......

If you think everybody that buy's a Mountaineer is going to be happy your crazy. There are people that hit the lottery that aren't happy. There are people on this board that could never be happy.
