Someone who ordered a rifle over 6 months ago and has been promised shipment several times should not have to "Call Knight". Knight should be in close contact with these people letting them know what is happening and why. That is called Customer Service.
Knight should be keeping their customers informed; especially those customers who have pre-paid for expensive guns. All it takes is one e-mail addressed to those customers who have ordered guns. Someone at Knight is incompetent.

The new Knight is making bad name for themsleves by their inaction. If this keeps up the new Knight go the way of the old Knight.

Secondly, and more bothersome, is a problem with communication. Someone who ordered a rifle over 6 months ago and has been promised shipment several times should not have to "Call Knight". Production goals have been atleast trippled as of two months ago. I know for a fact because i know the guy making most of the parts.

Quality is the most important thing with the Mountaineer right now. I have done most of the testing and the breech plug for the mountaineer bare primer needs to be right. All the problems are corrected and being final tested now.

Knight should be contacting the customers or putting something on the web-site telling them about the delay. I dont know if they have or not to tell you the truth. But they should without a doubt and should not need to call.

If you think everybody that buy's a Mountaineer is going to be happy your crazy. There are people that hit the lottery that aren't happy. There are people on this board that could never be happy.

You know how many Triumphs and Omega's have been sold this year? Does that make them bad muzzleloaders???? I wish i had them all.

Most people sale guns because they need money. They wont tell you that, but i would bet 75% are because of money. Most guns i have sold was because of money.

If the gun shoots good and it works good, why would you sale it? Honestly......

Your right about that. Most people sale because they need the money. Guy probably bought it, things came up and he needed the money so sold it.

Some of my best friends are bots. Is this not America, the land of equality?
