Makes sense to me. The pouch is attached to the stand and stays there. When I get up the tree, I unload from my various pockets what I've brought along, so it's at my fingertips throughout the day. It's a one-time download.

I don't know what anyone else takes up the tree with them, but when I'm in the stand for 12 hours there's going to be food, water, coffee, and probably a couple of calls. I can move around and dig in my pockets each time I want a bite to eat or drink, or I can have it right there.
