I use 90 grains of BH209 with a winchester209 primer. As for bullet and sabot combo you have alot of options. I would first use the Harvester Crushed rib sabot. Most Triumphs like them and they are easy to load. As for bullets anything in the .451 or .452 pistol dia. will work. I use the 300 grain XTP MAG, but other use Speer Deep Curl and others. As for cleaning I use the TC17 Products. They seem to do the job really well. With my load I can shot a inch group at 100 and 2 to 2.5 at 200 yards. Topped my off the a Nikon Omega Scope. Havn't looked back yet.
