pellet gun for varmits
I have tree rats and chipmonks that either chew up lawn furniture or eat up the garden stuff. I have a Gamo pellet gun that is supposed to be a good gun. The scope with it would not stay on so I bought a rifle scope. It still shoots all over. I used to have an open sight that was much better. My gamo is a break barrel for ****ing and loading. I have come to the conclusion that if it does not seat exactly since the scope is on the gun and the barrel breaks it can not line up perfect each time. The trigger also has alot of play in it and it takes a long pull to set it off too. I do not want to have it where I may hit a tennis ball size target. I want to hit a quarter size target consistantly. Are any of you into pellet gun shooting and want the accuracy I am looking for? What do you shoot? I want to find the best for the money. I looked at a new crossman that was so akward to put it up to your shoulder I said no way on that one.
