Sitter that sounds like a great way to WASTE perfectly good bacon!!!

Goose just aint worth the time, but neither is most waterfowl. Its all dark meat and to top it off its wild dark meat.

But if you must, breast them out (this is a duck OR goose recipe) and place the breasts on a cutting board and punch them full of holes with a fork. Cover them on each side with Cavenders seasoning and work it into the meat with your hands. Place them in a gallon freezer bag and pour in enough " Dales Steak Marinade" and Itallian dressing to completely saturate and cover the meat. Place in the frige overnight to marinade.

Grill them on low-med heat for only 5 minutes each side until done (it is imperative NOT to let the meat dry out!).

Serve with red wine, steamed vegetables, garlic bread, wild brown rice and a nice scantily clad lady!!!
