Marinade overnight in Italian dressing then cook in the ovenand baste continuously like you would a turkey we have added liquid smoke to the marinade and it gives it a nice smoke flavor. We also take the breast and remove the skin wrap it in bacon and cook it on the grill until slightly pink in the middle. Good luck....
