How about roasting the goose whole until it is just pink? Or maybe cut the breasts into strips and use as a stirfry, or put those strips on bamboo skewers and put them on the BBQ for 7 minutes(turning every two minutes) and brush with peanut sauce, grinding them up to make BBQ goose burgers, put a bunch of legs and thighs in a crockpot along with a can of stewed tomatoes for 18 hours (on low), different types of goose sausage, pepperoni maybe. I personally like a smoked goose salad. As you can see here, the key to all this is " imagination" . Good luck with the cooking.
