All right, what' s the best way to cook a Canada Goose. One old timer told me to take one of those cooking bags. Put the goose in the bag, cook it at 350 until done. Take the goose out, throw away the goose and eat the bag. He swore that was the best way to eat one of those things. Needless to say, I' m sure there is a better way and was wondering what way was your favorite. Thanks for sharing your indeas.
