But remember that is with only 90 grains of powder, a former member here, CascadeDad, used 110 gr of T7 with that bullet, but he was shooting a White U-Mag... one of a few ML that I would ever load up with 110 and 460 grain bullet.

I do not remember what the velocity of that was but that would step everything up a good chunk...

But even then most of the folks shooting that bullet use 70 grains of real BP and find no problem with the small load.

Cayugad regularly shoots a 500 grain Bull Shop and swears by that one, actually calls it fun???? Doc White himself was partial to a 660 grain conical if I remember the weight right. That would put a hurt on anything in North America - actually it might hurt on both ends....
