we own a construction business here in indiana, we sell, repair, homes, and even move mobiles and modulers, we had a custmer ask us to look at 3 he wanted to buy and move to 2 lots he had, they where so bad being the big guy I would not walk into 2, my dad told him you buy them for 3000 and I move the one and take the other 2 and 5k for doing the work. The guy looked at my dad and said ant it 1500 to move and set one trailer, my dad said yes but I have to take the other two. All three were tear downs, the issue with that is even tearing one down you get 350-500 from the scrap, be it hand labor, back hoes, or what we have yet to find a way to tear one down for anything close to the scrap value.

Had a guy offer to sell me one for 1000, he said it is in good shape and I need it moved, I told him 1000k and I will move it, he said well I wanted you to buy it from me, I said honestly it is to old, to small, and just to dam ugly, NO ONE WANTS 30-40 foot 10 wide trailers.
