I use Birchwood Casey Bore Scrubber.

3 DRY patches pushed down the bore to remove loose fouling, 1 wet patch to swab the bore with, Another soaking wet patch that i again swab the bore with, allow that to soak for a few minutes and then follow up with another patch, a couple dry patches and im done.
