I believe the blue T7 patches will work fine. Go one wet then one dry .

I used Rusty Duck Black Off last range trip and it worked beautifully with BH209. I ran a patch lightly soaked then flipped it and ran again. I then dry patched twice and it was almost clean. One more Rusty Duck and a dry patch and it was clean.

If the cleaner you have smears the fouling all around then you will know it will not work.

Hoppes is cheap at Wally World though.
