I saw on a bullet website where it said when using Blackhorn 209, you should only use a smokeless powder cleaner. Is this true?

I have some Knight cleaning patches i have used for a long time, and also purchesed some TC, T17 cleaning patches and these wont be good to use with the Bighorn 209?
