I saw Williams makes a peep sight but obviously no where near the quality of the lyman.
I put a Williams FPS on my MK-85, it really is not a bad sight at all.

It has quarter minute clicks and locks screws for the adjustments. It looks and feels like a very high quality sight. Williams also offers different sizes of apetures and peep size holes. They also have what they call a a 'twilight' apeture which increases light in low light situations.

The stock apeture for hunting is 3/8" diameter with a 0.093 inner hole. I am blind and that apeture and inner hole really works well for me.

The biggest difference IMO is not quality because they are both high quality but the Lyman does have a quick release feature to move the elevation quickly and easily + they have a set stop screw to return to your original sight in spot.
