Bullets in the Condor zone, have to be approved by the State of ca lol.Barnes is indeed approved, as of right now Thor or Lehigh is not. they have to request approval and give samples of the bullets and fill go through all of the red tape to become approved.. it's all BS like i said earlier. our deer herds here are dwindling and who knows how much they have spent on the CONDOR/VULTURE over the years.
