That fit and feel will make all the difference when hunting. A rifle that speaks to you will naturally be a better shooter for you because it just feels right. Maybe not on the bench...but I havent seen many benches in the woods!


As far as chambering... I prefer the 7-08. However I handload.... and the ammo availability of the 308 is awfully tempting to those who dont. I cant really help ya much here either. Flip a coin unless one rifle just has "the feel" about it! LoL
