I have a copy of the entire wildlife code for PA, and all you PA guys will relate to this..........I HAVE NO IDEA!! if I' m following EVERY rule!? I mean there are about 4,859 different regulations just for bowhunting. I THINK I follow everything.......and I sure as heck try. What makes it worse for PA is that some of the rules are up to the " Interpretation" of the WCO you might be talking to.
