Not sure if I understood you correctly, but if you had an outfitter in Illinois tell you they were all sold out,...I would cross him off my list immediately, if I were looking at outfitters in Illinois. Also, when I was looking around I noticed that outfitters seem to be far and few between in Kansas also! I'm sure they are around but I couldn't help but wonder if it just hadn't caught on yet like in Illinois.
