I have a few Rem 700's that I really love, and I had a Ruger varminter .22-250 in college that shot very well, but out of your options, I'd recommend the savage.

I purchased a Savage 12BVSS (stainless fluted heavy barrel on laminate stock) .223 for my fiancee' last November as her first rifle... The first rifle she's ever shot in fact. I figured she'd lose interest and I'd have a nice rifle for myself. Boy was I wrong. On a bad day, her "normal" group is .2-3" at 100yrds off of sandbags with a Nikon 4.5-14x glass... We usually shoot 5shot groups at a 6 card when we go out (6 2" targets on one paper), and never fail, she'll deliver at least 2 groups that are less than 2 diameters... That's 5 shots in a hole smaller than .446"! With a pure stock rifle!
