Well I have e-mailed CVA/BPI about this issue and received an automated message response about 200 plus e-mails per day blah blah blah!
I have a CVA Optima Pro 50 cal that has a severe issue. The barrel fit has become extremely loose. The gun is 3-4 years old and has maybe 300 shots through it. It recently developed alot of slop in the lock-up. With the action closed you can "twist" the barrel a good 1/16 of an inch in either direction and the entire trigger assembly will move in and out of the frame about the same amount. I have had it to 2 different reputable gun shops in my area and they both told me that a small run made it out of the factory with soft pins in the frame assembly. They both told me to contact CVA about it and they would surely handle the issue.
Well I have tried to contact them and never get through or receive anything more than an automated response from their e-mail. I realize the gun is unsafe to shoot and am getting to the point of contacting a lawyer about the fact that I cannot make contact with CVA. Are they dodging me??

Very poor customer service in my opinion.
Anyone have any info or ideas. The gun has always shot great and I really enjoy it, but I need to get it fixed somehow.
Thanks in advance,
Z-Rider
